A bit of info about the training I did to try and get fit for the bike tour, I'll be the first to admit that a lot of it was overkill.
Cycle Routes

Gym Workouts
Here is what I get up to in the gym, the leg sessions are obviously to help with the cycling, whilst the upper body sessions do help a bit to improve my cycling performance, they are also for my own vanity :D I wont bore you with what weight Im lifting (plus it is embarressingly light!) each workout is completed once a week, check out the calender to find out when im doing it! Sometimes I rotated an exercise so that it is done every other week, where I do that I have listed the other exercise along side it. Want to know what some of these exercises are? Click on the exercise and up will pop a webpage giving you all the info about it! (Ok I may have gone a bit too far with this... I blame OCD; but it's done now and I feel much better!).
